Wednesday, July 10:
Hurdle mobility series, post workout flexibility routines, athletic development for runners
S&C Coach Cody Roberts—Circuit training for endurance athletes and movement efficiency instruction.
Wednesday, July 24:
Learning how to incorporate ancillary plyometric conditioning to training within the cross country season
S&C Coach Cody Roberts—Med ball throw series and introduction to Olympic lifting technique.
In case of inclement weather, the camp will move to the indoor track complex, 930 Evashevski Drive, Iowa City. Updates on cancellations or makeup dates will be available online.
